Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate employee skills and identify gaps for development
  • Gather and analyze data on skills, training outcomes, and performance to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Develop reports and visual dashboards to provide clear insights into skill levels and growth areas
  • Align training programs with organizational skill needs to bridge identified gaps
  • Define and update competency models for various roles to align with industry standards
  • Conduct research to compare organizational skills with industry benchmarks
  • Assess training program effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Implement software tools for skills assessment, tracking, and reporting
  • Share insights with leadership and HR for addressing skills gaps
  • Regularly refine skills assessment processes to meet regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate training programs for core competencies

Qualifications

  • N6 / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • 1 Year Experience in Trackless Mobile Equipment
  • Section 13/26D Trade Certificate with proof of Modules
  • Critical and Analytical thinker with attention to detail
