The Debt Recovery Learnership is designed for school leavers who are unemployed or seeking to prepare themselves for a career in the debt recovery industry. The program focuses on the debt recovery field, which includes independent debt collection agencies and the debt collection departments of companies that offer credit for products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the debt collection process under supervision
• Engage with clients to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding debts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and payments
• Participate in the development and implementation of debt recovery strategies
• Communicate with clients regarding their debt status and payment obligations
• Provide administrative support in organizing and updating documentation related to debt recovery
• Contribute to achieving the debt recovery targets set by the organization

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Communication at Level 3
• Mathematical Literacy at Level 3
• Computer Literacy at Level 3
