Responsibilities

• Effectively manage stock levels, minimize losses, and address shrinkage concerns
• Create a warm and personalized customer experience
• Supervise and motivate the team, leading by example
• Ensure compliance with store standards, operational policies, and procedures
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising to enhance customer engagement
• Foster team growth in selling techniques, product knowledge, and operational standards
• Inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Adhere to point-of-sale and banking procedures, escalating any concerns promptly
• Execute operational activities efficiently within the store
• Review stock take reports and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure the store is adequately staffed per business needs
• Accurately price products and maintain organized sales floors

Qualifications

• Matric, Grade 12, or equivalent certificate
• Minimum of two years' experience supervising a small retail team
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Passion for cosmetics and retail
• Ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and schedule staff rota
• Basic proficiency with email and Excel
• Resilient under pressure and able to work flexible schedules
