Description

The Business Analyst will be part of an internal support team, focusing on WMS/TMS application specialization, project management, technical writing, and continuous improvement. The role involves supporting flawless new customer onboardings, system implementations, digital transformation, process standardization, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead WMS/TMS and IT system implementations
• Create Business Requirement Documents, SOPs, IOPs, and process maps
• Train users on systems and processes
• Resolve operational, process, and system issues
• Identify trends and propose solutions
• Develop reporting tools and KPIs
• Act as a liaison between support teams and customers
• Create project plans, set measurable goals, and track progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or related fields
• Previous WMS Solutions/Implementation experience
• Self-starter with strong learning abilities and clear, concise writing skills
