Mukuru is offering a 12-month Compliance Learnership that provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while earning an FETC: Business Administration Services NQF Level 4 certificate. Participants will develop essential skills and work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in practical and theoretical training
• Gain exposure to compliance processes and business administration
• Assist in maintaining company policies and regulatory compliance
• Support the compliance team with administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Ability to communicate in English (read, write, speak)
• Age: 18 – 30 years
• Commitment to complete 12 months of training
