As a Senior Database Administrator, you will support the performance, integrity, and security of company databases while contributing to strategic growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure optimal health of SQL databases and replication processes
• Design, manage, and document database strategies, replication, and security
• Perform maintenance to ensure database efficiency and integrity
• Support backup, restore processes, and disaster recovery strategies
• Participate in project teams for on-premises database applications
• Provide 24/7 support for SQL processes and applications
• Automate database management and monitoring processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DBA or SQL development experience
• Strong knowledge of SQL Replication
• Experience with Qlik Replicate (preferred)
• Proficiency in writing T-SQL procedures, views, and queries
• Understanding of SQL table design, normalization, and best practices
• Experience in a dynamic, distributed work environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
