The Griller role at Hollywoodbets involves preparing and grilling fast food for the Food & Beverage Department while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Grill food according to recipes, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards
• Hygiene Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, complying with health and safety regulations
• Stock Management: Estimate, requisition, and manage food stock to minimize wastage and ensure sufficient supplies
• Operational Compliance: Report faulty equipment and adhere to internal policies and legislative standards
• Collaboration: Monitor sanitation practices among staff and support in meal preparation for events or staff meals

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous
• Familiarity with GAAP systems and stock management is beneficial
• Strong planning and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
