Description

The Route Management Internship Programme provides non-graduates between the ages of 18 and 22 with the opportunity to gain practical work experience in a variety of career fields. Our interns follow a rotation program that allows them to spend time working in, and observing, different business functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient routes for improved delivery times and cost reduction
• • Analyze route performance data for improvement recommendations
• • Collaborate with logistics team for smooth operations
• • Monitor adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• • Prepare and present reports on route performance metrics and logistics outcomes
• • Liaise with drivers, clients, and management for route-related concerns
• • Propose innovative solutions for streamlined routing processes
• • Assist in technology integration for route tracking and optimization
• • Promptly address and resolve logistical challenges
