As an HR Analytics Expert, you will support HR and business stakeholders with data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions. You will apply advanced analytics to tackle key HR questions and utilize data expertise to generate impactful business insights. Reporting to the People Analytics and Insights Lead, this role requires a consultative approach, collaborating with stakeholders to meet both technical and user needs. Your work will advance our HR and talent strategy, helping shape a positive future for Givaudan's 16,000+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Share data insights and offer consultative advice to internal clients
• Support HR and talent strategy with people insights
• Design and implement advanced analytics solutions, from concept to launch
• Co-create solutions with internal customers, applying user-centric methods
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists on complex analyses
• Provide training and guidance on analytical problem-solving
• Follow best practices for data mining, such as CRISP-DM, and ensure data protection
• Keep current with technology trends

Qualifications

• Degree in business, economics, organizational psychology, IT, data science, or statistics
• 6+ years in analytics, data science, or statistics (corporate experience preferred)
• Experience with HR, financial, or workforce data
• Proficient in data visualization (Tableau or similar) and Excel/Google Sheets
• Knowledge of data programming languages, such as R or Python, is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
