Pedros Chicken is seeking a dedicated and organized professional for a permanent Administrator role. As an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will involve handling documentation, coordinating schedules, and supporting recruitment and employee relations activities. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of the HR department and the company by ensuring efficient processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, maintaining records, and organizing HR documentation
  • Coordinate the onboarding process by preparing employee onboarding packs and verifying document completion
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including candidate communication
  • Facilitate assessments to ensure they are carried out efficiently
  • Communicate with HR and stores to confirm that necessary documentation is completed before deadlines
  • Act as a point of contact for store employees, offering guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee daily office tasks, schedule meetings, manage office supplies, and maintain company records
  • Support team members and management with administrative needs, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and arranging travel
  • Operate and troubleshoot office equipment, ensure software updates, and manage office expenses to maintain financial efficiency
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and office events, ensuring all arrangements are in place

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR or recruitment environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaborate as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong verbal and written communication skills
