Responsibilities

• Perform tasks by following processes, make cost-related decisions, and validate vehicle claims
• Handle customer inquiries and provide service at various locations (drive-in centers, on the road, desktop assessments, etc)
• Engage with customers and service providers courteously, exceeding expectations
• Review and optimize operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Enhance technical skills through training and maintain industry knowledge for cost optimization

Qualifications

• Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
• Motor vehicle knowledge (Advantageous)
