We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in AI and chatbot technologies. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions by analyzing requirements, designing effective strategies, and implementing AI-powered chatbot solutions. This role is ideal for someone experienced with conversational AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced AI methods such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI and chatbot solutions
• Develop and communicate business objectives and actionable insights aligned with AI/ML strategies
• Design and implement chatbot and conversational AI solutions with technical teams
• Perform gap analyses and feasibility studies, recommending optimal approaches
• Conduct user acceptance testing and validate AI-driven solutions for functionality
• Track project performance, anticipate potential risks, and make timely adjustments
• Create and deliver training sessions, user guides, and documentation for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably focused on AI, ML, or chatbot solutions
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms (eg Dialogflow, Amazon Lex)
• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), especially with tools like Amazon Bedrock
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for optimizing conversational AI responses
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with data visualization tools (eg Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong communication skills for translating technical solutions into business contexts
• Adaptability to new trends in AI and chatbot technologies
