As a part of the Operations Department (COO), this role involves facilitating the identification and documentation of business requirements and processes, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection and analysis of detailed business requirements
• Develop and propose solutions to meet business needs
• Create comprehensive requirement specifications, user stories, and process documentation
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
• Identify and suggest improvements to business processes
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate and support user acceptance testing

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification/Informatics degree
• IIBA (CCBA) Certification
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
