Responsibilities

• Identify and manage relationships up to the management level
• Coordinate the development of stakeholder engagement plans to communicate business information
• Elicit complex requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis
• Document requirements in the agreed format
• Identify emerging issues, potential causes, and key stakeholders, addressing barriers and related issues
• Document and describe current and desired processes, outlining changes needed for future capabilities
• Implement innovation processes, identify process shortcomings, and develop solutions with support from senior colleagues or managers
• Deliver feasibility assessments for projects, influencing solutions and initiatives based on analysis
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance skills, attend conferences, and maintain an understanding of industry best practices

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (essential)
• 3 - 6 years of Business Analyst experience with exposure to complex systems and procedures (essential)
• Experience working in an Agile environment, utilizing Agile principles and methodologies (essential)
