The 2025 Graduate Programme focuses on equipping graduates with practical skills in retail facilities management. The programme allows graduates to gain hands-on experience in maintenance, supplier management, and service delivery improvements, applying their theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting. By the end of the programme, the graduate will have acquired in-depth knowledge and experience in managing retail shopping centres.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to improve service delivery
• Prepare and present reports, policies, and documentation
• Assist with implementing action plans and monitoring outcomes
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in meetings and contribute to business planning
• Gain exposure to facilities management within the retail sector, focusing on maintaining optimal shopping centre operations

Qualifications

• No prior work experience required (Vacation work accepted)

• Certified copy of completed qualification/transcripts (No studies may take place during the graduate program)
• Qualification Required: BSc in Construction Management
