The 2025 Graduate Programme offers an opportunity to assist with long-term project work in facilities management. Graduates will learn through research, analysis, and taking ownership of specific work streams. The programme focuses on continuous improvement, applying theoretical knowledge to a practical work environment, and helping graduates develop best practices to deliver services. By the end of the programme, the graduate will have gained valuable knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and implement service delivery improvements
  • Produce reports, policies, briefings, and articles, presenting them as needed
  • Assist with implementing property sector recommendations and action plans
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Contribute to business planning and participate in meetings and events
  • Act according to Growthpoint values
  • Gain experience in facilities management activities, including maintenance and supplier management

Qualifications

  • No prior work experience required (Vacation work accepted)

  • Certified copy of completed qualification/transcripts (No studies may take place during the graduate program)
  • Qualification Required: BSc in Construction Management
