Responsibilities

• Support for BI applications
• Track, manage service requests
• Continuously monitor BI systems and applications
• Work closely with BI developers, data analysts, and other IT teams to identify and resolve application issues and improve system functionality
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement within BI applications

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, preferably within a BI or data analytics environment
• Proficiency in SQL and database management
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
