The Performance Monitoring internship is designed to provide graduates with hands-on experience in evaluating organizational processes and ensuring continuous improvement. As an intern, you will assist in analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and helping implement strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be involved in compiling reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and liaising with different departments to ensure that performance standards are met. Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting performance audits and assessments

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Internal Auditing
