The Monitoring and Evaluation Programmes aim to assess the effectiveness of projects and policies, ensuring accountability and evidence-based decision-making. This role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and contributing to the development of performance monitoring frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate program performance
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on findings
• Support decision-making through data-driven insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in: Statistics, Economics, Demography, Data Analytics, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
