As a Junior Analyst, you will play a key role in developing quantitative frameworks, conducting data analysis, and supporting investment decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for problem-solving, model building, and working with large datasets. While prior investment experience is not required, a strong interest in financial markets and the desire to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Indexation team to develop quantitative frameworks and tools to support investment decisions
• Conduct data analysis, back-testing, and performance evaluation of financial indices
• Assist in automating processes and improving system efficiency
• Work closely with senior analysts to refine and enhance investment strategies
• Stay informed about trends in financial markets and quantitative research

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (eg Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields)
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Familiarity with financial concepts or markets is a plus but not required
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative analysis
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar is an advantage
• Interest in financial markets and investment strategies
