The RAF is inviting qualified graduates to apply for its Graduate Development Programme in the Customer Experience Department: Customer Experience, which will run for 18-24 months. The programme aims to provide development opportunities for young, high-potential individuals from diverse backgrounds, offering relevant work experience that aligns with their skill set and identified talents. The programs include Motor Vehicle Accident Processes and Procedures, Call Centre Management, Customer Experience Management, Customer Service Management, Customer Interaction and Relationship Management, Customer Recovery Management, Quality Management, Workforce Planning, and Customer Analytics. Qualifications and requirements include a certified copy of a Grade 12/NQF 4 level Certificate, a B Degree in Customer Service/Customer Management related qualification or academic transcript, and a copy of your ID. Successful candidates will be required to display competencies such as planning, organizing and coordinating, personal mastery, judgment and decision making, ethics and values, client service orientation, resilience, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and analytical skills, and basic computer literacy in MS Office. The roles and duties include ensuring all Customer Experience modules are completed within the specified timeframe, adhering to organizational policies, reporting information, fostering effective team relationships, building partnerships with stakeholders, and engaging relevant stakeholders. The terms and conditions of employment include a fixed-term contract appointment for the duration of the graduate program, with prospects of permanent employment upon successful completion. Security vetting is also subject to prospective employees.
