The Broader Africa Team is seeking nontraditional thinkers and innovative individuals from Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, and Zambia for a Graduate Trainee role. The position involves delivering on predefined work objectives while gaining structured experience in the business area. The candidate will perform various tasks such as research, analysis, administration, process, and project work that add value to the business area. Work-related training will be provided as needed.
The Graduate Trainee role is permanent, and graduates join specific business units in the Broader Africa countries in full-time roles. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service by actively listening to customer needs, contributing to team success by completing tasks efficiently, planning meticulously, keeping accurate records, and updating relevant information on time.
Requirements include strong academic results (NB academic transcript required as part of the application), completing the final year of relevant university programs, and having an analytical and numeric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
