The Royal Air Force (RAF) is inviting qualified graduates to apply for its Graduate Development Program in Medical Risk and Business Solutions: Medical Advisory and Risk Management, which will run for 18-24 months. The program aims to provide development opportunities for young, high-potential individuals from diverse backgrounds, offering relevant work experience that aligns with the graduate's skill set and identified talents. The program focuses on developing technical, business, and leadership skills, setting the stage for dynamic growth. The program includes tasks such as Motor Vehicle Accident Processes and Procedures, Medical Tariffs, Medical Advisory, Clinical Research Protocols, Medical Policy and Research, and Medical Bill Review. The program requires a certified copy of a Grade 12 or NQF 4 level certificate, a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences/Nursing/Pharmacy related qualification or academic transcript, and valid registration with relevant statuary bodies. The role involves completing Medical Advisory and Risk Management modules within the specified time frame, adhering to organizational policies, capturing and reporting information, fostering effective team relationships, building partnerships with stakeholders, and engaging with relevant stakeholders.
