Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for a role that involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the proper use of data for operational results. They will participate in projects related to the business's analytical needs and opportunities, and as a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) for analytics. They will assist in determining business questions and determining appropriate analytics models for use. They will translate business requirements into tangible models, develop and apply analytical algorithms to build, test, and implement robust mathematical models and analytical solutions. They will also build models that analyze processes to recommend areas for optimization, achieving cost savings, revenue generation, or efficiency improvements. They will interact positively with groups and teams, contribute to a learning and growth culture, address customer needs, build and maintain stakeholder relationships, and assess their performance through feedback and training.
