Description

Sanlam Corporate is offering a 12-month Learnership based in Bellville or Centurion, starting in February 2026. The programme is aimed at unemployed South African youth (18–35) who have passed Grade 12 with at least 50% in English and Maths/Maths Literacy/Accounting, and do not hold a tertiary qualification. Learners will receive a monthly stipend, on-the-job training, and complete a nationally recognized NQF Level 4 Certificate in Wealth Management. This programme forms part of Sanlam’s Youth Empowerment strategy, and high-performing learners may be considered for permanent roles.

Responsibilities

Acquire knowledge of company products, services and operational processes and systems
Attend classroom-based lessons
Complete practical onsite training
Assemble a Portfolio of Evidence to submit to InSeta
Fill out logbooks for workplace-based learning
Pass and complete the required level in formative and summative assessments
Carry out tasks and duties as contracted with your manager

Qualifications

Must be a South African citizen
Must not currently be employed
Must not hold a tertiary qualification
Must be aged between 18 and 35 years
Must have passed Grade 12 Mathematics / Mathematics Literacy / Accounting and English with a minimum mark of 50% each
Must have a good command of English (read, write and speak fluently)
Be willing to commit to complete the 12-month Programme, which includes a full qualification, a Certificate in Wealth Management, NQF Level 4
Have a clear criminal and credit record
Have access to reliable transport
