Ozow is looking for a passionate IT Support Intern to assist their team with technical solutions and internal IT support. This opportunity is perfect for someone with basic IT qualifications who wants to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment. You'll provide desktop, hardware, and software support while gaining hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical support for systems, software, and hardware
• Manage hardware assets and printer support
• Install, repair, and modify hardware/software
• Log all queries in Help Desk System
• Perform collections and deliveries of IT equipment
• Ensure resolution and follow-up on support issues

Qualifications

• Matric certificate
• Qualification in IT Fundamentals, A+, N+, or similar
• 0–6 months experience in IT support/help desk
• Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS and remote support tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
