Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of client service to internal staff, independent financial advisors (IFAs), and investors
• Handle inbound and outbound telephonic communication
• Assist clients with investment administration queries
• Provide accurate product and investment information to clients
• Refer queries only when unable to resolve directly
• Handle complex queries, including payment amendments
• Participate in ad-hoc client service projects

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
