Description

The Engineering Trainee Programme is an 18-month structured development initiative aimed at providing engineering graduates with technical skills, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of SAB’s company culture and principles. Upon successful completion, trainees will be prepared to take on specific areas of responsibility within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Gain theoretical and practical knowledge of equipment across various departments
• Participate in projects aligned with brewery priorities and training goals
• Apply Voyager Plant Optimization (VPO) principles in daily tasks
• Identify and diagnose systemic and situational problems
• Engage in team structures and take on acting roles in leadership positions
• Communicate learnings and solutions effectively across the business

Qualifications

• BSC, BEng or Btech or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Energy or Mechatronics
• BSC Chemical Engineering
• BSC/BTech Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry or Chemistry or Biology
