Responsibilities

• Supporting continuous improvement projects in manufacturing processes
• Assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve efficiency
• Participating in time studies, workflow analysis, and layout planning
• Contributing to quality control and process optimisation initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality assurance
• Learning and applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other industrial engineering principles
• Documenting findings and presenting improvement suggestions to supervisors

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Industrial Engineering
