MRI Software is seeking a motivated Graduate Software Support Analyst to join their Support Services team. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting software issues for clients using MRI’s suite of real estate software solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and will collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical queries.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to clients on software products
• Troubleshoot SQL and PL/SQL-related issues
• Analyse complex software problems and determine resolutions
