AFGRI is seeking a Sales Clerk to join their Mechanisation department in Bronkhorstspruit. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient execution of parts sales, accurate stock control, and general administrative tasks. This customer-facing role demands strong product knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to resolve queries promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and professional customer service at the counter and telephonically
• Handle sales and marketing of agricultural spare parts
• Perform stock ordering, receiving, and reconciliation
• Participate in regular stock counting and stocktaking
• Process sales and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Keep the work area neat and well-organized
• Attend to and resolve customer queries or complaints
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with risk and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Grade 12
