Absa is looking for a Specialist: Data Insights & Intelligence (MI/BI) to transform data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. The role involves deep-dive analytics, reporting, modelling, and enhancing business performance through BI solutions and strategic metrics. The successful candidate will support multiple business stakeholders in data analysis, interpretation, visualization, and the continuous improvement of processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactional behavior and trends throughout the client lifecycle
• Develop models to support behavioral analysis and business predictions
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Design and implement sustainable BI solutions
• Liaise with business stakeholders and communicate progress
• Build data marts and optimize data for reporting and decision-making
• Research trends, indicators, and relationships to enhance performance
• Provide input on strategy through data-driven insights
• Support ongoing improvements in performance modelling and business intelligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Management and Informatics
