Responsibilities

Participate actively in DRA’s two-year Graduate Development Program, gaining exposure across four key areas: Project Engineering, Site and Commissioning, Business Acumen, and Personal Development
Support project teams in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions within mining and processing environments
Assist in commissioning activities and contribute to on-site operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and safety standards
Apply theoretical knowledge to solve real-world engineering problems, performing technical analyses and contributing to process improvements
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and challenge existing engineering practices

Qualifications

South African citizenship is a requirement
