Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual who is ready to make a real impact?. We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Registration Intern to join our team at our Midrand Offices. What will the programme look like? A product Registration Consultant’s primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service, capture and maintain accurate customer product registration information on NetAdmin database, Summary of the Role. To provide accurate & complete registration information/ licenses or Product Activation keys to our customers in a highly pressurized environment. The Product Registration Services department provides registration codes telephonically, via webforms & via email correspondence for Sage 300cloud suite, Sage CRM suite and Sage 200 Evolution suite/packages

Responsibilities

• • Must be able to work on Microsoft Office products, any other Accounting Software will be an added advantage
• • Knowledge or understanding of Sage 300cloud, Sage CRM and Sage 200 Evolution Packages is an added advantage
• • A Clear Criminal record
• • Strong customer service ethic and high attention to detail
• • Strong trouble-shooting and excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
• • Patience with dealing with client queries and the ability to handle repetitive tasks
• • The ability to work within a team as a team player
• • Always be up to date with product changes and developments
• • Cooperation and willingness
• • Deadline driven and Ability to work under lot of pressure
• • Conscientious, able to work with minimal supervision
• • Ability to think outside the box
• • Teachable and hungry for knowledge

Qualifications

• A grade 12 matric certificate • Must have a degree or diploma in IT/ Software Development/ Accounting
