Description

The role is to ensure all administrative tasks are performed with precision and timely. To ppositively contribute to the customer satisfaction score (NPS) and to ensure additional campaigns and special project participation is completed on time.

Qualifications

• A grade 12 matric certificate • Must have a degree or diploma in Accounting or Business Administration or Business Management • Must be able to work on Microsoft Office products • A Clear Criminal record • Knowledge of Sage Accounting Solutions / Software will be an added advantage • Self-starter who can work individually and as part of a team • Knowledge of other Sage Accounting solutions • Strong customer focus and high-level customer service ethics • Be bold and have a positive approach • Be able to simplify process and communicate it effectively • Strong customer service ethic and high attention to detail • The ability to work within a team as a team player • Cooperation and willingness • Deadline driven and Ability to work under lot of pressure • Conscientious, able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to think outside the box
