Sage is seeking a Sales Intern - Retention Advisor to manage contract renewals for the medium business segment. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer retention and renewal revenue targets are met and exceeded, collaborating with internal and external partners, and identifying growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include responding to business partner/customer queries, delivering revenue performance, building strong alliances with business partners, establishing collaboration with sales teams, aligning across lines of business, maintaining professional relationships, providing accurate forecasting, and supporting the company's cloud migration strategy. Successful candidates must have a grade 12 matric certificate, a commerce qualification, basic Microsoft Office skills, a clear criminal record, a proactive attitude, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, ability to manage sensitive data, and ability to deal with difficult conversations. The position is a hybrid role, three days per week at the office.
