This role supports third-party fulfilment centres across SSA, ensuring seamless inventory management, vendor coordination, and compliance. You’ll gain hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Vendor & Inventory Support: Assist with vendor communications and SLA monitoring; Track inventory levels and process orders (local/international)
• Operational Efficiency: Log stock movements and identify process bottlenecks; Prepare compliance documentation for audits
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, delivery timelines); Generate fulfilment performance reports
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with sales, marketing, and customer service teams

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
• Experience: 1–2 years in logistics/warehouse operations (internships accepted); Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus
• Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Attention to detail and collaborative mindset
