Responsibilities

  • Track and report daily campaign performance metrics
  • Assist in the administration and coordination of call centre schedules, targets, and incentives
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to workflow optimisation
  • Conduct data quality checks and maintain accuracy of agent performance records
  • Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to create dashboards and performance insights
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), processes, and performance review feedback loops
  • Support the use and improvement of contact centre business systems and tools

Qualifications
