Join eMedia’s dynamic customer care team and gain hands-on experience in multimedia customer service. This role offers exposure to Openview, e.tv, and eVOD products, with training in CRM systems, contact center operations, and brand representation.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Essential: National Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
  • Essential: Diploma in Contact Centre Management, Communications, Marketing, or Business Management (NQF 6)
  • Competencies:
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Eligibility:
  • South African citizen
  • Age < 35
  • Not enrolled in another SETA-funded internship
