Join BMW South Africa’s Strategy/Project Management team in Rosslyn and gain hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing processes, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for engineering students eager to apply their technical knowledge to real-world projects in Body Shop and Paint Shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist with G45/model-specific topics, control planning, and timing tracking
• Coordination: Schedule team meetings and training programs
• Administration: Support supplier evaluations, project documentation, and progress reporting
• Process Improvement: Contribute to problem-solving in Body Shop/Paint Shop processes

Qualifications

• Education: Degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of automotive Body Shop/Paint Shop processes
• Understanding of IT principles and project management tools
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Advantageous: Prior project management exposure
