It focuses on building sales skills, product knowledge, and interpersonal abilities, with the goal of preparing individuals for potential management positions.

Responsibilities

• Communication Skills Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication, plus active listening to understand customer needs
• Negotiation & Persuasion Confidently presenting solutions, handling objections, and negotiating deals to meet sales targets
• Product Knowledge Acquisition Willingness and ability to learn technical details about aftermarket automotive parts

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12/Matric certificate
• Sales experience (advantageous)
