Responsibilities

• Uphold and promote the Company’s core values—honesty, respect, accountability, resourcefulness, and energy in all tasks and workplace interactions
• Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset by prioritizing customer satisfaction and addressing needs effectively
• Practice effective self-management by taking ownership of tasks, managing time efficiently, and maintaining focus and productivity
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive, team-oriented environment
• Perform daily duties with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables
• Apply planning and organizational skills to meet individual and team deadlines
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers
• Stay composed and efficient under pressure, adapting to changing priorities and workplace demands
• Utilize basic computer skills, including MS Office, to complete tasks as required
• Engage fully in all aspects of the learnership program, demonstrating a commitment to learning and personal development

Qualifications

• Learners should be South African Citizens
• Below the age of 35
• Have a matric certificate
• Have limited work experience
• Have not participated in a W&R SETA learnership before
• Any of the following skills will be an advantage:
• Computer Knowledge (MS Office)
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail Planning/organizing skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to meet deadlines
