Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Company’s core values—honesty, respect, accountability, resourcefulness, and energy in all day-to-day tasks and interactions
• Promote and uphold a customer-centric approach in all work, ensuring that customer needs are prioritized and effectively addressed
• Actively contribute to a positive team environment by practicing effective self-management and engaging in cooperative teamwork
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes
• Organize and manage time efficiently to meet daily goals and deadlines
• Follow instructions and apply initiative when solving problems or handling new tasks
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment and remain composed under pressure
• Use basic computer skills (eg, MS Office) to support administrative or operational tasks, where applicable
• Participate fully in all aspects of the learnership program and take responsibility for personal learning and development

Qualifications

• Learners should be South African Citizens
• Below the age of 35
• Have a matric certificate
• Have limited work experience
• Have not participated in a W&R SETA learnership before
• Any of the following skills will be an advantage:
• Computer Knowledge (MS Office)
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail Planning/organizing skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to meet deadlines
