Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate and promote the Company’s core values in all daily tasks, including honesty, respect, accountability, resourcefulness, and energy
• Actively live and display the company culture through behaviours such as customer centricity and effective self-management
• Work collaboratively with team members to foster a supportive and productive work environment
• Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions and deliverables
• Manage assigned tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong planning and organizational skills
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers, using interpersonal skills to support teamwork
• Pay attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs

Qualifications

• Learners should be South African Citizens
• Below the age of 35
• Have a matric certificate
• Have limited work experience
• Have not participated in a W&R SETA learnership before
• Any of the following skills will be an advantage:
• Computer Knowledge (MS Office)
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail Planning/organizing skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to meet deadlines
