Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa (FMCSA), an accredited SAICA Training Centre, is offering a dynamic internship for aspiring Chartered Accountants [CA(SA)]. This three-year training programme provides hands-on experience in finance functions such as Accounting, Internal Control, Taxation, Reporting, and Management Decision-Making. Trainees will rotate through key roles, gaining competencies aligned with SAICA requirements, with the opportunity to transition into a GSR Analyst role upon completion.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience in financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting
• Specialize in Management Decision-Making and Control
• Adhere to SAICA’s training matrix to achieve required competencies over three years
• Support finance functions in a multinational automotive environment

Qualifications

• Applicants are required to be in their final year of studies (CTA)
• Applicants should include their CVs, copy of ID, Copy of Highest Qualification and their most recent Statement of Results in their applications
• Transcript of undergrad studies
