Responsibilities

• Provide stellar support: Be the go-to person for staff, troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues with a smile
• Solve tech challenges: Assist in diagnosing and resolving computer, internet, and network printer problems
• Set the stage: Help set up video conferencing systems (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Starleaf, Bluejeans) for seamless global collaboration
• Keep things running: Monitor backups, manage antivirus updates, and ensure systems are secure and efficient
• Organize and innovate: Log tickets, maintain equipment inventories, and assist with creating new user accounts and email lists
• Contribute to our mission: Take on diverse projects and tasks to support our dynamic team

Qualifications

• A National Diploma or Degree in IT, networking, or a related field
• Familiarity with computer network cabling, file/print services, and Office 365 platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• No prior experience required - just a strong interest in IT and a desire to learn! Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms is an added advantage
