The Maslow Hotel Sandton is committed to skills development by providing unemployed youth who have completed Grade 12 with an opportunity to gain valuable work experience and a qualification. The learnership will accommodate learners for the skills development. The Learnership is outcome-based and is intended to contribute towards addressing the skills gap. The programme will run for a period of twelve (12) months and requires committed individuals who will need to complete both theoretical and workplace practical learning components before they can be awarded their formal qualification.

Responsibilities

• Having strong interpersonal skills
• Must be passionate about cooking
• Must be proactive and display problem solving skills
• Must be able to work shifts when required

Qualifications

• SA citizen ID
• Grade 12/ Matric Certificates or equivalent NQF Level
• Curriculum vitae and motivational letter
