Description

Adapt IT seeks an HR/Payroll Consultant to support implementation and integration of human capital and payroll systems within its Education division. The role involves consulting, training, and ERP implementation using systems like ITS, ICAS, Moodle, and Wisenet. The consultant will ensure legislative compliance (e.g., IRP5, PAYE, IFRS/GAAP/GRAP, HEMIS, TVETMIS), assist with audits, and provide data analytics support.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure HR/payroll platforms (ITS, ICAS, Moodle, Wisenet) for new clients
• Ensure statutory compliance across payroll and finance subsystems
• Prepare clients for annual audits and support financial reporting accuracy
• Support asset verification, audit readiness, and data analytics projects

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of HR/payroll legislative compliance: IRP5, PAYE, IFRS, GAAP, GRAP, HEMIS, TVETMIS
• Experience implementing systems: ITS, ICAS, Moodle, Wisenet
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll systems and legislative frameworks (IRP5, PAYE, IFRS/GAAP/GRAP, HEMIS, TVETMIS)
