The key function of the QA Analyst role is to test software for bugs and defaults to enhance the user experience

Responsibilities

• Test Cases
• Number of test cases executed or written
• Good Quality Test cases
• No test cases to come back, no failure
• Deliver defect free test cases
• Test Plans
• Read-able and Well- defined
• Mentorship
• Upskilling and coaching provided regularly and training
• UAT Failures
• 100% software deliver bug free
• Estimations
• Produce accurate estimations in line with industry standards

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a QA Analyst
• ISTQB certification would be advantageous
• Experience within Agile environment
• Retail experience is advantageous
