The PB&A Graduate Programme is a contract-based development opportunity for top-performing graduates in finance and investment who aspire to become elite Private Banking Advisors. The programme includes practical training in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy, with real-world exposure to serving high-net-worth individuals. Upon successful completion, top-performing graduates may be offered permanent roles within the bank.

Responsibilities

• Apply theoretical knowledge in real-world banking and advisory environments
• Learn and support the management of wealth for high-net-worth clients
• Assist in developing tailored financial and investment strategies
• Engage with internal teams to understand client relationship management and compliance processes
• Demonstrate consistent growth and learning throughout the programme

Qualifications

• NQF Level 7 (Undergraduate) or NQF Level 8 (Postgraduate)
